Located within the Wellness Plaza right next to AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is our 50,000-square-foot community wellness center that features something for everyone – state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment with a SmartKey personal fitness tracking system, group fitness classes including Les Mills (over 100 per week), free weights, a cushioned indoor track, lap and therapy pools. Additional services available to members and non-members include personal training, group training, nutrition coaching and many other specialized programs.  Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, our degreed and certified staff can help you meet and maintain your fitness goals.     Our registered dietitian nutritionist at the Wellness Center offers nutrition coaching and education programs to help reshape your lifestyle and improve your well-being. Whether you’re interested in managing your blood sugar or a food allergy, losing weight, building muscle mass or just eating healthier, we will provide you with the highest level of nutrition counseling and personal advice to help you meet your nutrition goals.
